Project Muskan
Bringing smiles and digital literacy to underprivileged children in suburban Mumbai.
Project Muskan is a long-term educational initiative. Every weekend, RCTSEC volunteers visit municipal schools to teach fundamental computer literacy, basic English, and interactive art & science projects.
Key Project Outcomes
- Established 2 permanent computer labs with donated hardware
- Weekly weekend sessions conducted by 40+ TSEC student tutors
- Annual stationary & school supply distribution drive
Project Harit (Green TSEC)
Transforming urban spaces through native sapling plantation and e-waste recycling.
An environmental sustainability initiative aimed at offsetting college carbon footprints through mass tree plantation drives in Palghar and dedicated e-waste collection bins inside college premises.
Key Project Outcomes
- 2,000+ Native saplings planted across rural Maharashtra
- Certified safe recycling of e-waste via authorized recyclers
- Solar charging awareness installation on campus
SkillUp Bootcamp
Bridging engineering academia with industry-ready soft skills and tech workshops.
SkillUp is an intra-college masterclass series covering modern web development, resume building, interview practice, public speaking, and financial literacy for engineering undergrads.

- 1-on-1 resume reviews by senior TSEC alumni working at top tech firms
